Square Section Rings
We always have large quantities of square section commercial split washers in stock. These can be used to construct chainmail and ringmail for live roleplaying and re-enactment.
Colours
Rings come in basic 'worn steel' or a variety of plated finishes to give you a choice of colours.
Important Note About Metal Finishes
Some metals are irritants, therefore it is strongly recommended that metal armour is not worn against the skin. Our finishes are achieved with the following metals/treatments:
- Worn Steel = Oil quenched steel
- Satin Silver = Zinc plated
- Bright Silver = Bright nickel plated
- Golden Mesh = Brass plated
- Copper Bronze = Copper plated
- Dry Black = Chemically coated carbon steel (water resistant)
